Instructional Focus
In an effort to ensure rigorous learning opportunities are provided for all students, we will utilize collaborative planning protocols to support teachers in cultivating explicit instruction.

We will sustain district-wide ELA proficiency rating 40% (2019) and increase student reading levels by:
- Strengthening Universal Instructional (Use of curriculum and research based pedagogical practices)
We will sustain district-wide math proficiency ratings 34% (2019) by:
- Strengthening Universal Instructional (Use of curriculum and research based pedagogical practices)
We will improve school culture by:
- Developing a culture plan with at least 2 school-wide routines and 1 classroom routine; Implementing SEL lessons weekly
